Individual Tuition Term Dates - Inspired Learning

Tuition is most effective when it is consistent throughout the year, with regular short breaks to allow for holidays and other activities. Therefore, I have developed a working pattern that supports and encourages children to make and retain progress – please see my term dates below – note that these do NOT necessarily coincide with school term dates. As far as possible, it is important for children to attend 100% of the lessons available. However, provided parents give a minimum of one week’s notice, I allow a maximum of two lessons per term to be cancelled without charge and will carry forward any money paid. Any further cancellations within each term are payable in full (this includes cancellation for any reason including illness, holidays, computer problems and traffic jams). During the school summer holidays, Inspired Learning will be open as usual from 22nd July – 29th August, and regular 1:1 pupils are expected to attend a minimum of 2 lessons to maintain progress and retain their place for September.

Inspired Learning OPEN for LESSONS

From 28/07/25 – 29/08/25, Inspired Learning is open as usual and regular 1:1 pupils are expected to attend their weekly lessons unless parents have given a minimum of one week’s notice in advance. To maintain progress and keep their tuition place in September, pupils must attend at least 2 lessons during this period. However, it may be possible to rearrange the pupil’s usual lesson time/day, providing sufficient advance notice is given. It may also be possible for pupils in my Starseekers Groups to book additional 1:1 lessons during this period. Please enquire via email from April onwards.
